How Does It Work?

You begin by entering into a service agreement, which divides the traditional employer responsibilities between you and TeamStaffSB. You maintain control of the employees and the workplace while shifting responsibility issues such as benefits, worker's compensation, payroll and government compliance to TeamStaffSB.

Payroll Processing

TeamStaffSB will process payroll; maintain all employee records; including W-2's, W-4's and I-9's, and handle tax calculations, remittances and related government reports.

TeamStaffSB Offers Fortune 500 Style Benefits

Better benefits mean better employees. The TeamStaffSB package includes health, dental, life, disability, vision, a Section 125 pre-tax plan, and more. You can choose to pay for all, some or none of the costs. The balance is offered to your employees at their expense through voluntary payroll deductions. All of TeamStaffSB's programs are fully insured. Only top-rated national carriers are used (example:AETNA).

Retirement Programs

TeamStaffSB offers a first-class 401(k) plan to clients for no additional charge. In addition, TeamStaffSB offers both Roth and Traditional IRA's which can be funded through payroll deductions.

Workers Compensation

Professional risk management services are offered with safety programs, state and OSHA reporting. In addition to potential discounts, your cash flow will improve as no deposit is required. Premiums are collected on a pro-rata basis with each payroll.

HR Services and Compliance

TeamStaffSB's professional Human Resource staff will consult with you on any employee issue, write your employee handbooks, provide training for your supervisors and keep you in compliance with government regulations such as ADA, EEOC, and FMLA. You will also be extended one million dollars of insurance to protect against employee lawsuits.
