As part of your ECB BEST Business Solutions membership, you receive access to the Concierge Service. The Concierge Service employs state-of-the-art technology to provide you with global services from over 80,000 carefully selected vendors in over 500 cities worldwide.

Whether it is event tickets in San Francisco or Paris, or dinner reservations in Chicago or Tokyo, the concierges' goal is to exceed your expectations. You can also use the service for:

Sporting and entertainment tickets
Golf course access information including greens fees, club facilities and reservation advice, total yardage, total par, and slope rating
A gift-finding, order-taking and delivery service for flowers, floral arrangements, gifts and gift baskets you simply tell the concierge what you are looking for and the price range. The concierge will do the shopping and handle all orders and delivery.
Restaurant reservations at over 5,000 restaurants in 300 cities around the world
Hotel and resort reservations the extensive database includes hotels, resorts, country inns or bed and breakfasts in over 500 cities worldwide

To use the Concierge Service, simply call toll-free 877-210-6310 and provide the concierge code number that can be found on the back of your member ID Card.

You may then request the service you desire for yourself, friends, business associates, or family. A shipping and handling charge may apply, depending upon service provider. Tickets may be mailed to your office or home by U.S. Mail or picked up at the entertainment's location ticket office. For an additional fee, you may have an order shipped UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air or Express Mail.
